Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to you all. I wish everyone best in health and peace throughout the year. I am still on my voyage.
When we begin the New Year, we start with lots of enthusiasm and positive energy.
As the year goes on, many things change and new challenges arise which slow down our process of self-discovery. I would like to mention here the importance of time management and self care. Everyone should find new goals, which is a priority to maintain self care. Prioritize your goals for self care and time management.
Why is this so difficult?
Our negative mind follows things we don’t have without appreciating the things that we do have. Our thoughts have serious consequences on the mind and body that should be avoided.
On the positive side, with careful cultivation of Ahimsa (non-violence) we are lead to spontaneous actions, all encompassing love. We learn to LOVE ourselves and others unconditionally in order to be able to look into the eyes of each other, open to grace and to recognize that we all stem from the same sacred waves of creation and embrace all of life’s challenges with open arms. The tool of yoga practice gives us a chance to transform, awaken, and to infuse our lives with LOVE!
What brings us together?
The secret is hidden in our hearts through spirituality. Without Spiritually there can be no Unification. When we love each other from our heart, it is the soul speaking to the soul. It is the soul trying to make contact with other souls to establish a relationship.
Daily practice of yoga helps us to safely travel in Life’s Journey and helps us enjoy events (moments) in order to create One World and One Humanity.
