Hello Friends !

When we are young most of us, are very flexible superb range of motion in joints. We can bend and stretch as easily as we can. As we add numbers in life we start losing flexibility and range of motion in joints. We need to build muscle to protect our bodies for the future. Stress also causes us to further damage and slow down our motivation to exercise. I always try to work with in my yoga series to help my age group. Expecting high is not bad but in reality, accepting as a Maintenance and not resisting helps not to be depressed. Meditation can be a great way to calm the mind and gain better control over your thoughts. It’s true that learning to meditate involves actually practicing it regularly.
